Baby Prep™ Founder and Owner
My work as a maternity nurse for over 19 years at both St. Paul’s and BC Women’s Hospital in Vancouver, has given me the knowledge and experience to assist young families transition into parenthood. Expectant parents will be given the tools and confidence needed to welcome their newborn(s) into the world.
My career in nursing was inspired by my grandmother (“Baba”) who worked as a midwife. To carry on her legacy, I became a maternity nurse, childbirth educator and international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). With my experience and knowledge, I aim to make every Baby Prep™ client feel empowered and confident in her ability to give birth in whatever setting she chooses. Along with providing prenatal education, I also want to help new parents transition comfortably into the postpartum phase.
As the mother of two young children, I can also relate to the emotional and physical changes that occur before and after pregnancy. Being a mother has its challenges but it is my greatest joy in life.
Baby Prep™ has assisted many families in the exciting adventure of preparing for birth and we look forward to helping your family soon. We cannot wait to welcome you into the Baby Prep™ family!
